*SEASONAL POSITION*
·Support a strong commitment to superior and genuine customer service by exerting compassion, knowledge and empathy to all customers and associates. Drive sales through engaging both customers and associates with accurate and practical product knowledge.

· Your behavior at work should be ethical, positive, encouraging, helpful, dedicated, efficient and respectful at all times.
· Maintain a clean and organized work environment free of clutter at all times
·Perform miscellaneous cleaning in the store which includes, but not limited to the bathrooms, sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming of floors, dusting of shelves and product.
·Provide courteous and friendly service to all customers, escorting those who require further assistance to the appropriate sales associate or manager
· Assist all customers on the retail floor, and answer any questions that are within your training, knowledge, and expertise. If you can’t answer their question, notify them you will find someone who can better assist.
· Help price, stock, and face merchandise on the sales floor and retail shelves daily, or as required by current stock levels or manager request
· Create your independent commission report and submit monthly for approval. Reports are to be accurate and honest.
· Work hand in hand with Service Division. Have a general understanding of services offered, labour rates and general availability.
· Must review and complete warranty work; administrative responsibilities and procedure understanding.
·Provide guidance and recommendations to customers based on their needs and concerns. Help troubleshoot any pool equipment related issues they might be having. Provide advice to service and solve their equipment related issues.
·Selling of big-ticket items. Provide knowledge and information on high ticket products, while remaining up to date on product & industry trends and information
·Thank all customers for visiting the store upon them leaving
·Other duties as assigned
The position requires standing for a 1 – 10 hour period as well as lifting, pushing, or pulling over 45 lbs. The duties are mainly performed indoors with minimal time spent outdoors. Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early morning, evening and weekend shifts, flexible hours are necessary.
