Marketing Coordinator
WMC Academy is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team! This position will be responsible for the day-to-day marketing and operations of the marketing department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of marketing plans, including but not limited to, social media content, emails, and direct mailings.
- Manage and coordinate marketing calendar.
- Coordinate with internal departments on marketing projects.
- Coordinate with internal departments on marketing projects.

- Create promotional materials for internal and external use.
- Assist in the development of marketing campaigns.
- Assist in the creation of promotional materials for internal and external use.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Required Skills:
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively write emails, letters, memos, reports, etc.
·Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with others at all levels of the organization.
·Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
·Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
·Excellent time management skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize work load while maintaining effective communication with others.
·Ability to work independently or as part of a team depending on the needs of the project or company needs.
