Warehouse Supervisor
Distribution Center
You’ll love it here! As a warehouse supervisor you will lead a collaborative team that works together to keep inventory flowing to our stores and deliver exciting tech to our customers!
In this role, the successful candidate needs to be onsite at our Langley, BC distribution center. Availability to work Monday to Friday (8:00am – 4:00pm) or Sunday to Thursday (11:30am – 8:00pm/ 2:00pm – 10:30pm during peak season)

As a warehouse supervisor you will:

Lead, mentor and empower a team of 15-20 warehouse associates

Ensure the fulfillment of key performance metrics

Continuously evaluate warehouse processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resource allocation with safety always top of mind

Participate in recruitment, retention, coaching, performance reviews, career conversations and training of associates, fostering professional growth and development

Troubleshoot and resolve problems working cross-functionally
What we are looking for:

5+ years leadership experience in a warehouse/distribution

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and attention to details

Operational knowledge of general warehouse equipment (RF scanners, forklifts, walkies, clamp trucks)

Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
